We have trained moderators checking for grief alerts and dealing with problem users. They can edit or remove offensive content, and temporarily or permanently ban users from PlayStation forums and PlayStation®Network.
There are also automatic features in some services, such as profanity filters, that detect and remove offensive words.
Remember, though, that you can also take charge of your online experience in PlayStation®Network, by muting or ignoring other users and using the ‘Report Abuse’, ‘Report to a Moderator’ and ‘Grief Reporting’ buttons.
