Communicating on PlayStation®Network
-
Treat other users on PlayStation®Network as you would expect to be treated yourself.
-
Take care when discussing personal issues. Discussing these openly can make you a vulnerable target.
-
Be mindful of writing words or messages in CAPITALS unless intentional. Doing so signifies that you are shouting at someone even if you don’t mean to.
-
When encountering problematic users on forums or in-game, the easiest and most efficient way to deal with this is by muting or ignoring them.
-
For more serious forms of abuse you can report offending users to a moderator using the Grief Reporting form on eu.playstation.com.
